PEOPLE 

	AJW Construction is headed by Andy Weeks, who is the founder of AJW Construction. He has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years and in the sport netting industry for 15 years. He brings with him a flair for innovation and professional standards. Andy is responsible for ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded. He responds to a challenging job and ensures his team delivers the most professional service.
	Andy is ably assisted by Dave Weeks who is the site/product development manager whose input into the business has been central to the innovation and revolutionary new products that are now available to clients. Dave is another veteran of the sports netting industry, starting at the same time as Andy. Andy and Dave believe in hands on management and are often seen on site ensuring that their high standards of quality continue to be achieved.
	John Blake is a more recent recruit and is focused on marketing and client relationships. He brings with him significant management experience from other industries, including manufacturing, staff training.
